The IDV desk facilitates the visualization of multidimensional data and integrate to the surgeons environment without disrupting it. The workflow of the IDV desk combines the simulation, the visualization, and the database sub-systems. The technical aspects are hidden behind simple GUI elements which make simple to use by an inexperienced user.
